I don't normally leave reviews but hotel boursier are deserving of one . My second time staying here and all the staff are extremely helpful had a late checkin and early checkout no problem any issues I had they were always helpful to sort out . Normally in some hotels you get good staff and bad but here all the staff are very polite and always helpful . It's in a good location rooms very clean cleaners come every day . Come and leave biscuits water tea coffee . I never repeat where I stay here is the first hotel I have done so and would do again. Thank you

The hotel facilities were exactly as advertised. But what made the difference are the receptionists and their kindness and willingness to help. I was just on my way to the airport when I found out that my domestic flight was cancelled. They where so helpful and assisted me to find a bus connection to my next destination. Without their help I wouldn't sort the issue as the bus company employees didn't speak English. Even when I arrived at the bus station I had to call the hotel to help with translation and they were very happy to do that. Absolutely outstanding customer service and I highly recommend this hotel.

The stuff from the reception was very kind. They helped us for everything, especially mister Ufuk. The hotel was situated in a good place, there were markets, pharmacies and shops around. Rooms were really clean we were satisfied.

The hotel is located in a safe area, close to Gayrettepe and Mecidiyekoy metro stations and also between Zorlu Center and Cevahir shopping malls. There are a lot of shops in the area (restaurant, pharmacy, banks, pastry etc). Own free parking is a great facility. The staff is very kind and useful, they gave us a lot of indications and helped us with informations and accessing some services. It is our second booking in the last 3 years and we will choose again the same hotel in the future.

Location of the propery is very good. It is just couple of minutes walk from central avenue, but is on the quite street. Plenty of decent and different dining places are located nearby. Hotel staff is also very friendly, always ready to help. Hotel and room was very clean, with good bedding and towels. Room is quite spacious, with complimentary tea, coffee and water available. Bathroom was small, but comfortable, with quote spacious shower. WiFi was also quite good. We spent 3 nights in the hotel and would consider it again.

The location is great! The rooms were very clean, very comfortable and the staff were amazing 👏🏼 👌 The staff were extremely accommodating, they helped me with everything. Many thanks to Ufuk at the reception who went far and beyond to help my stay enjoyable. The staff at this property are all GREAT🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul 👌

The rooms are big and the beds are so convenient. The place is very clean. Nearby you could experience with original Turkish cuisine and sweets. Location is very close to one of the highways of the city and very easy to find. There are parking on the site which was very, very helpful. In walking distance (about 15-20 min) there is a big Mall and many other shops. :)
